Found a studio apt on Meridian Ave (few blocks from the beach) for $950, my realtor said it was a steal...It was a nice looking place and great location. Divided Studio, Wooden Floors, Good Kitchen, Walk in closet and Bathroom. Sound like a pretty good deal?

If it has off-street parking and/or laundry in the apartment I would call it a "steal," otherwise, it's just "not a bad deal."

It's probably a fair deal, but not enough info to say for sure, such as size, building quality, neighborhood (not all blocks on Meridian are equal), parking, neighbors, is it noisy, does it have bugs, etc....

It's hard to say without seeing it, but I would say that is not a steal. Ask to see other properties in the immediate area and do a price comparison. Check craigslist. You can probably get a better answer than what we could give you.
