There must be something in the air. Driving through Miami, it seems that everyone is on drugs or something. Practically every car stopped at a light sits there when the light turns green, and some idiot stopped in the middle of Miller road to unload a truck. It is usually not this bad. Perhaps someone needs to modify a bulldozer and just plow through all the cell phone users and obstacles placed in roadways.

One of the many things that drive me nuts about Miami drivers is the idiots driving slowly in the left hand lanes on the freeway.
Believe it or not, there is a rule that you're supposed to always keep to the right on the freeway. Only move left if you're passing a slower vehicle or using an exit on the left.

Floridians just do not know about this rule, and the cops don't enforce it.
What ends up happening is some clueless dipsh*t being passed on the inside by a HGV while going at 50mph, causing a backup which ends up with other dipsh*ts changing lanes like they're being chased by the police and without indicating trying to find a way through and nobody gets to go anywhere until the HGV has passed the first clown in the left lane.
At first when I moved here, I thought this was just the way it is in the US, and it didn't come up on the driving test. But then I did some driving further north in the country and for the most part they seem to get it up there.
