I'm looking into moving to Miami from Atlanta and want to know what are the larger and more established luxury apartment retailers in Miami. For example I know here in Atlanta Gables Residential, AMLI Residential, and Post Properties are three well known companies specializing in luxury apartments. I know AMLI has units closer to Fort Lauderdale which isn't ideal and Gables has 2 units in Miami, but both AMLI and Gables seem to be minor players in the Miami market so I'm seeking to know who the bigger players so I can check out their properties. Thanks for any assistance.
