There is no proper supermarket in walking distance, just some small grocery stores with not much healthy selection, although Whole Foods is coming soon. Your best bets for groceries and household supplies are going to be Price Choice on 19th ST, Publix down in Brickell, and Target in Midtown. Metromover and trolley do serve these locations, and the 'Mover goes through the Loft II building. (only the Trolley in Midtown, though).

BTW the noise was just occasional for me, not even daily, and was not a huge problem.

I just checked, and there are some airBnB daily rentals in the building, which may be an excellent option if you really want to check out the place.
