I am not aa lawyer, but know a little about Visas and Work. If it is a Visitor Visa (B1-B2), legally You cannot work. How do You know it is a 3 month Visa? The Visitor Visa allows You entry into the Country, and the ICE Agent determines the length of stay, usually 6 months.

It may not be wise to advertise in an open Forum that you are seeking work, if You will arrive on a Visitor Visa.

My understanding is that legally you may not work while on a visitor's visa, but you can of course look for a job, then later change your status (you may have to leave and come back again).

One suggestion is to frequent the Greek Orthodox churches in Miami - one in North Miami (Annunciation), but very small, one in the Roads, near Brickell (Hagia Sophia) bigger but an older crowd, one in Dadeland (St Andrew), about the same size as the one in the Roads, but more of a family crowd and about three-fourths bilingual or trilingual Spanish-English-Greek in some combination, even a few Italian, Russian, and Bulgarian. Plus there is a charter elementary school (Archimedean) in Kendall dominated by Greeks/Greek-Americans. It is a relatively small community but some members are, for example, restaurant owners, or they may know others in that sort of business where an entry level job like waiter or bartender may be relatively easier.

You could possibly make the rounds in three weeks and get lucky.

Good luck, then.

Yea I don't think anyone is going to help you break the law. You are from Greece. Assuming you have a Greek passport you don't need a visa you just can come to the U.S for 90 days for these reasons: Visa Waiver Program

You are NOT allowed to work in the United States during that time. So sorry, no work for you. At least until you get the correct Visa.
