So how much longer is this going to continue? Every time I see a long time business bulldozed it is replaced with a bank or pharmacy. Other than a few high rise slums this trend seems to hold. Looks like there will be a lot of empty banks and pharmacies in the near future.

yea they are building a huge CVS on 79th Street on Biscayne. Which means a Walgreens will soon follow there! and theres a CVS like 10 blocks away too. A lot of Chase and CVS popping up like crazy

Miami NEEDS a bank and a pharmacy or two at every intersecction. Someone out there must know something horrible is going to happen if it isn't built this way.

The pharmacy's on every corner clearly shows how many people are hooked on some kind of drugs and how doctors over prescribe medications.

If you add the In-store pharmacies at publix, target, walmart, navarro, it's even worse.

However I've never seen so many pharmacies like in Lima Peru. Even 3 in the same building!
