I don't know anything about Mall administration and development, and it is obvious a big waste of potential; being so close to the Airport and with all the new expansion on the 826.
COSTCO will be a good boost, but other than TigerDirect (and perhaps Ross) seems like the main "attraction" is the Driver License Service Center.

That's if they don't find fossils and delay development because it could be a potential historical site.

It was great to have such a store, when you need something and not wanting to wait for mail delivery.
With such absence will the Mall stay in a not so good level, or will it decay?
