Does anyone have any experience or helpful insight in anyway on all the new housing communities being built in the homestead area? Specifically the dr Horton and Lennar around exits 9 and 11 in Homesetad? I'm considering making the move to one of those communities. Thank you.

I was looking in that area, but its to close to Goulds for me. Take the extra 2 min HWY drive a little further south near the new the hospital!!! Much nice area and closer to everything for Homestead..
