Wikipedia about Sawgrass Mall:
The OP wants to know which malls attract dubious characters. I wouldn't classify Sawgrass Mills or Aventura in that category. I have never been to the Dophin Mall.

Thank you for all the replies so far. You're probably thinking that I'm up to something due to the odd request. In all honesty, I'm just interested in "dead" malls. More feedback is appreciated. Thanks again so far.

THE BEST:

#1 Sawgrass Mills Mall is awesome! One of my favorites : )
#2 Aventura Mall (they are still building more stores there & parking is hard to find)
#3 Bal Harbour Mall (snobby people & everything is expensive, otherwise great disigner clothes & upscale restaurants)

THE WORST:
#1 Mall at 163rd Street
#2 California Club Mall (I don't know why they still call it a Mall!!!)
#3 Dolphin Mall (it used to be more desent the first year it opened)

The "ghost malls" all seem to have been demolished. Westchester mall, Town and Country center, and the like. Also I noticed that the old Lurias/Office Depot shopping center at 87Ave and Bird Road, abandoned for 15 years is being demolished and rebuilt. There still seems to be a lot of shopping construction going on despite the fact that we are going to see a mass-collapse of retail stores in the near future. Expect a few more "ghost malls" when the fallout of the current economic crash finally causes shoppers to stop spending.

I don't think anyone even hangs out @ Callifornia Club "Mall", lol.

What's out there...a Winn Dixie, the Movie theater, the library, and Highland Oaks' 6th grade annex, right?
