It's also interesting how the group who can't afford to pay back their student loans are selecting the most expensive areas to move to.
Again, I'm guessing their parents are footing the bill.

Just chiming in... PHX without a doubt. I've been traveling to PHX and MIA for months because I'm so indecisive. Your bio matches mine, except I'm in hospitality. You'll like PHX low cost of living, plethora of things to do, beautiful scenery (palm trees, pools and mountains), and you're close to LA, SD, LV and Mexico without paying Cali prices.

Also, keep in mind, aside from the pools, there are a lot of large lakes right outside of PHX. They are BEAUTIFUL!

I'm really liking Miami for the beaches and whatnot... however, I'm not much of a party person. And are the people really that rude? I've dealt with a few, but it feels like a welcoming city.
