You'll be called Chinese a few times.

Aside from that? I think you'll be fine....

You're full of it as usual. That's right, the "white man" doesn't call anyone names.

You have no idea how his friend is treated but you are pretty quick to accuse him of lying. As for the second part of your post it is a poor defense to excuse bad behavior by pointing to someone elses bad behavior.

I thought this whole thread was a joke when Isaw the title. First Germans, now Taiwanese... what's next "How are Cubans towards single-celled organisms"?

They are racist of you (no matter who you are), rude, do not speak English, non diverse (like all Hispanics), illegal, rude and third world. There, happy now, is that what everyone wanted to hear? I really hope not but I'm sure it is...

I'm still trying to figure out how some of the posters on here manage to meet so many scumbags (sorry, couldn't find a better word) of various nationalities. I guess it just depends on where you hang out, who you work for and your own attitude...

If the OP was serious, I would answer your question by saying it depends on the Cuban, like any other person. Many people in South Florida, Cubans included, are naive when it comes to the various Asian cultures because there isn't much of an Asian presence, therefore you may get called "Chinese" at first but it has more to do with a lack of knowledge of the Taiwanese (or any other Asian) culture then racism. Most would probably love to learn more if you try to keep your mind open too, something that many of the other posters on here seem to struggle with.

Robin, thanks for standing up for Batman. His posts, as well as yours are always to degrade Latins. Both you and him have nothing but negative things to say, and love to use innuendos. As far as the "second part" of my post. I don't defend any racists or racial slurs regardless of who says them. Quite the contrary, I condem them. You should try it sometime. Then again, we are who we are.

In LA no matter what asian country you are from they'll call you a Chinc. Its not a racist term its just a popular term, its also how you take it. The Chino thing was also common but mostly with Mexicans I guess hispanics here would do the same.
