We will be staying at the Lowes Hotel in Miami over the holidays and I was wondering if anyone can recommend a good breakfast place(pls no Denny's or Friendly's type of restaurants) nearby the hotel. We have a small child so it would have to be more or less walking distance. We don't really want to eat breakfast at the hotel every day.

I know we can ask the concierge but sometimes they try to push their own restaurants first before they tell you about another location.

Thanks

The Front Porch Cafe. Great for people watching along Ocean Drive. They're good with kids too!

The Big Pink is good and prices are not that bad either. There is Jerrys Deli on 15th and Collins I have only eaten there once just too expensive but I guess its different when on Vacation. I have eaten at the Big Pink many times.
Lincoln Road will have a few places opened for Breakfast just check out their menus. I do like Van Dyke Cafe. But I do not know much about Miami Beach Breakfast since I live on the main land. If you ever want to drive and get some good breakfast I have some GREAT suggestions. A lot better food you can find on Miami Beach.
