I remember that in the Blue Mountains they had very beautiful towns, but those were towns. I bet that in the cities there you have exactly the same developments.

Hee! I love Miami but those houses you linked in NC are gorgeous and such a nice change for all the Miami spanish tile ugly orange nightmares. I see pics of some properties in the Gables in the high $ 500's and higher that I wouldn't give you a hundred dollars for. Shoot, even Palmetto Bay where I grew up in starting to turn orange. I think sometimes it is just a matter of liking a change, I prefer the houses in Hialeigh to the houses back in Michigan, I personally think it looks interesting there.
