My boyfriend and I are looking for someone in Grand Blanc who has a beautiful home with an extra room that they would be willing to rent. Unlike most people that would rent a room from somebody we are completely normal, professional people. My boyfriend is a manager of a company and I am a Ballroom Dancing Instructor/Student. Have you tired Craigs List? I don't have a room to let as I just moved out of state a few months ago, but I guess I'm wondering why people with two incomes, one of which probably isn't too shabby are only wanting to rent a room.
