I know these areas are in Indiana but I figured I would try here and in the Indiana forum since its right on the line. Plus we are not opposed to driving a little to get a good deal or great selection.
We have family coming in next month that can't wait to see the big lake! Several of our senior men want to bring coolers and take back some fresh fish. They are unable to do charters anymore but love fresh fish to take back and stock the freezer.
We have only been in the area for a little over a year so I am at a loss on where to take them.
Any ideas or locations will be greatly appreciate!

I don't think that there is much if any commercial fishing going on in southern Lake Michigan anymore. There are lots of fishermen, but they are all sport fishing and are not permitted to sell fish.
