A lot of Union Locals don't have offices. But your servicing rep will have an office--however, most of those are not manned all day. Do you know who your executive board is? President, VP, etc.? If so, reach out to any of them. Same with your steward and chief steward.
How do you know a grievance was filed? Was that from a meeting, or just what you think happened? Did they give you actual cause for termination? And if so, are you certain it violated the terms of your contract? Do you have a copy of your contract? You do need to pursue contact, and if voicemails aren't working, you need to find another way to do so. Did you physically meet with and leave your contact information with your rep?
