What neighborhood do you think will keep shrinking the least in the future? Other than the gentrifying areas around downtown, what are the most stable Detroit neighborhoods?

Edit: Whoops, this should be in the Detroit forum

Palmer Woods, Sherwood Forest, University District, Woodbridge, Indian Village and Joseph Berry Subdivision.

Most of these are close to peak capacity - so they will be the most "stable". Brush Park will likely have the largest influx of residents given all the new developments under construction in the District Detroit.

Outside of the downtown area I'm going to go with the above posters answer.

Next in line will probably be SW Detroit between 94 and 75 excluding the area NE of Michigan and Livernois. Mexicans are populating and up keeping this area and now even the government is encouraging it.

Then I'll say the neighborhoods that border west 8 mile and the neighborhoods that border Telegraph. Most areas around there look completely normal as of right now.
