Craig11152 -- The house next door, although it has no basement, has granite countertops in the kitchen, and a really nice big master suite - it's a very nice home, and although the square footage is comparable, we did think ours should be listed as less than theirs, although our initial thought was that they were overpriced for the area.

So, little inventory in the range most are buying, and the buyers KNOW it's a buyers market and are willing to wait to find the "perfect home".

We put our house on the market last year 1st week of July, and it took us until end of January this year to sell it. It should have sold the first week... So many people were almost giving away their houses price wise, it was horrible.
Thanks for the feedback, MikeBear

Thank you for the feedback, Magellan!
