It'd be cool to have a spaceport in MI but it makes ZERO sense. The weather would prevent launches most of the year. They already have a spaceport in NM that so far has gotten near zero use. I live close to Vandenberg AFB which does do launches but very few this year. Even the weather here cancels launches and it's nearly perfect compared to MI. Michigan is just not the proper location for a spaceport.
