Under the terms of the Stabenow-Levin agreement, Ontario committed to a 20% reduction of Canadian municipally-managed solid waste by the end of 2007. The agreement calls for a total reduction of 40% by the end of 2008 and a complete stop to all municipally-managed trash by the end of the 2010 calendar year.

Our standard of living has been sliding for everyone in the US. Everybody has less funds and the pension plans are gone, the country doesn't produce anything anymore and the weather has produced so many problems. So, where would you go from Michigan? If there were a Utopia, I would be there right now. It's tough all over.
We use to go to cattle auctions up there(CopeMish). Are they still known for that?

I know so many people who are moving away it is almost sad to pick up the phone and call anyone, or run into them while I'm out because they are either leaving right away; or they are contemplating it. There was a time when my husband and I were ready to pack-it- in but we're trying to tough it out until we finish with our educational goal. But all-in-all, "Michigan is going down the drain". I mean, you have to really have it together like right now because there is no catching up.

Too many jobs have been outsourced (mine included) in this state and not just the auto industry. IT jobs, medical transcription, phone company jobs, etc. Gov. Granholm promised all of us that she'd blow us away. Yes, she truly did.
The Saginaw for sale website is actually at http:// saginaw-mi.blogspot.com. (remove space before saginaw). The url you gave is a non active parked page. Check it out.

I think it's justs going to be a little longer before people start to wake up.

This is globalism, and too many people adore the politicians, worship them like they worship Hollywood celebrities and question nothing NBC news tells them.

Too many still believe in a Santa Claus kind of government, or more often a Robin Hood kind of government, one that robs the working taxpayer and gives to the so-called poor.
