Not sure how this will translate into downstate property. But we have water access as well as a pool. The lake is a bit of a walk but our title does say water access.

Really? My parents have been looking in St. Clair Shores, Warren, Eastpointe and keep getting beat to the punch on houses. Their always being sold out from under them. If you know of some good deals in Macomb county, let me know.

They're actually still building homes for people in our neighborhood right now (not builder spec homes). Way less than the 30 or 40 a year that they were building in our 'hood a few years ago, but still building nonetheless.

I'm a real estate agent in SW Michigan (Kalamazoo). Things are picking up and I am selling homes! If priced right, and staged well, there are buyers out there ready to buy. Outstanding interest rates, tax credit incentives, and the advent of spring is bringing some buyers out of hibernation at last!

they have been finding homes, they are just getting snatched up before they get to them. They are looking for southern Macomb county. Pretty much 12 mile and south area.

I just read an article on line about how sales are reported to be going up. That is good news to me.
