Soon as I step outside, all my energy is drained from the heat.

I'm headin' to Michigan this weekend to cool off.

89 seems nice...

I think that was our low temp last nite.

I'm enjoying it. I spent yesterday afternoon at the pool. I should have gone today but I have housework to do that I keep putting off. I am going to do some yard work later. I don't work in the heat of the day outside.

Lucky... I'm stuck in Texas and won't be back home in Michigan until October. At least you're not sweating through the 103 degree weather I am today.

I'm gonna golf. Like last time, they called us in cuz of severe weather. I don't care. I'm gonna beat the pants off of my Michigan buddies. I get to golf year 'round, that's why.

Headin' in to Detroit Metro tomorrow afternoon. Dinner at Bw's in Novi, then off to Baldwin. Campfire, holler back at the 'yotes, then 36 holes in Ludington on Saturday. The Hemlock.

Back to Brighton on Sunday; hang out in the boat all afternoon. I haven't done the "tubing" thing in a while. It turns me on when the bluegill nibble on my toes.

Back home Monday morning. I really need to get a job......

BTW, Southwest has some great deals for weekend trips. You just have to abide by their schedule. That 9:00 am flight back home on Monday is gonna suck.....I should be there by 6:00 am.

Well, I'll beat that Monday morning rush hour. I hate I-94.

I like spring and fall. I HATE summer and tolerate winter.

I've always "dug" those Michigan thunderboomers. They'd come in from the west and really kick some butt.
