We are moving to Sterling Heights soon... is cable available from any other companies besides Comcast? Anyone have experience with anyone other than Comcast?

There is WOW Cable
(http://www1.wowway.com/ ,) AT&T U-verse and then your Satellite companies. Comcast is working on their digital conversion and expect a lot of new HD channels coming up I believe by the end of 2009 for Sterling Heights. Comcast just got done over in Roseville. I believe the same HD channels will apply for Sterling Heights.

WOW Cable is good and the price is great, but they are a little slow at adding HD channels due to being a smaller company with limited financial resources. You also will have a hard time getting the recommended speeds if you own a cable modem and don't rent one from them since they have an issue with pushing through the config file. The customer service reps are friendly there as well.
