Our township granted our neighbor a one foot variance to build an oversized garage a foot off our property line without having his land surveyed. We questioned the property lines as we knew his tape measurements were not correct and the township ignored our concerns. We paid hundreds by a reputable Engineering company to do a survey which showed the garage eves are over the property line, the garage is right on the line and a shed in the back that the neighbor built without a permit is over the line. Now the township still is doing nothing and we paid for an attorney who has done little because he is local.
