I agree that this isn't true or if it is it must be an isolated incident. Prior to July 2007 I traveled TDY to Korea (Yongsan & Humphreys) 6 times a year. I never saw any abnormal disipline issues. This is NCO business and as long as they do their job problems are kept in check.

Well, I don't know, as I have said. I do know is that two of my friends, who just got back from Camp Red Cloud, the place where this incident occurred, said that problems like these are occurring here with some frequency, and the rank structure is not being enforced or respected as it should be.

Regardless of what we think this was I will say this. I truly doubt the NCO did not know rules about hazing in today's Army. He decided to do so and he paid the price and well deserved for doing what he was not supposed to in the Army today. He was a Staff Sergeant and in my opinion he knew better and decide to go ahead and do it, take care.
