My husband has 13 years of military experience (marines & national guard). He's currently in the national guard and is going through the selection process. His first interview went well. They told him the only thing working against him is his age (he'll be 31 in September). We just ordered some books for him to start studying for the test (used to be AFAST but recent changed). He has just began prepping his lengthy binder and asking for references.
Any advice appreciated from anyone who has gone through the selection process (or knows someone who has)? All advice appreciated!
