Thanks for the insight, would some of you other folk say the $125-$150 sounds about right for gas and power? How about water? I don't want well water but some of places I'm thinking about I may not have a choice.

Any thoughts on schools? I was thinking Muskego, Ike, Whitnall or Slinger.

Household utility costs should not break your budget. It will vary a little depending on the home.

None of those schools are particularly noteworthy. Is your overall housing budget leading you to those areas(?)
