Maybe tomorrow??

By the way, isn't there Bank of America around here? I though they had a presence around Wisconsin and Water Aves.....

Note: I just checked the net, and there should be a B of A at 411 E. Wisconsin.....at least according to that info. Maybe it's just a cash machine affiliated with the B of A network, though.
Really? I went to their website and didn't see that. Thanks, you've been quite helpful.

I looked again at the info i found online, and I'm thinking that maybe it's just a B of A mortgage office or something like that. Oh well....

So, I walked all of the way to Real Chili, walk in and a big, "Cash Only" sign is staring back at me. DOH! So, I left and found Dog Hauss on Wisconsin and had an Atlantic City and an Atlanta. Dog Hauss takes debit.

Real Chili is very good. Your stomach will pay the price, but it is very good.

So today, I headed out for a walk and to hunt down some lunch. I walked down Old World 3rd for a while, passed a couple of Thai restaurants; I went in one that had a buffet, but wasn't in the mood, despite the fact that I love Thai. I passed a few German and Italian restaurants and Usingers then crossed over a bridge to a bunch of Irish pubs; wasn't tempted by anything, so kept walking. I finally came a cross a deli that looked pretty cool, so I walked in. it was called Waterfront Deli. I ordered a Reuben sandwich and headed upstairs. I was fascinated by the pulley-style sandwich delivery system.

Long story short, that was one of the best Rubens' that I've ever had. It was a cool atmosphere and afterward I did a little more walking. Despite the cold, there was a pretty vibrant lunchtime scene. Hopefully, I'll do another walk tomorrow. How's the 3rd ward district, anything cool down there? Thanks

I like Waterfront, though haven't been there in a year or so.

In the Third Ward try the Milwaukee Public Market. Lots of other good places, too.

Today, I finally took the bus to OPH for an awesome breakfast. It's the fourth different one that I've eaten in, in four different states. Despite the frigid weather, I had a little tour around all of the cool eclectic neighborhoods, Maryland Ave. Bellview, Downer, Farewell Streets. Most of my co-workers haven't ventured beyond the foodcourt at the Grand mall, but I've been all over town.

Despite the cold, y'all have a really cool city, with cool people. Thanks for letting me see a bit of Milwaukee.
