What are your favorite Milwaukee music, sports and news/talk stations?

Here are mine:

Music
  1. 860 AM WNOV - Really good selection of old-school R & B music.
  2. 98.3 FM WJMR - Jammin' 98.3 - Pretty good selection of R&B music.

News and Talk
  1. 620 AM WTMJ - Newsradio 620 - I listen to Sykes to find out what conservative tax revolters are thinking. I like his style, which is clear and concise. Wagner is OK, but is not always consistent. I'm less impressed with the mind-boggling decision to move Gene Miller off of WKTI and to WTMJ.
  2. 1130 AM WISN - News/Talk 1130 - I listen to Belling from time to time, as well as that wierd high-pitched voice guy who comes on at 9pm.

Sports
  1. 620 AM WTMJ - Newsradio 620 WTMJ - Hands down winner. For some reason none of the sports stations have decided to invest in local programming or simulcasting of local events. I don't get why.

88.9
1250 wssp sports
540 espn radio
620 wtmj
1130 wisn
104.9 polka when Im up near hartford
95.7
96.5
102.1
91.7

and every so often 1290 to hear the lefty side of things, oh 860am at noon for the brown bag lunch mix.

oh and 720, 670, 780, 1030 and 560 which are all chicago stations but you can get them here so I guess they count.

I'm a big radio guy, I love all radio and I rarely watch TV anymore b/c of all the crap that is on, so I only watch TV if it's sports. I'd rather listen to the radio than watch TV. I love talk radio and can't get enough of it.

WUWM and 88.9. I also love WMSE but haven't been listening to them much lately.

When I go to Milwauukee, we listen to KLH and "The Brew". Also, TMJ carries Packers games. "The Drive" is also pretty good. But I believe that it is actually a Chicago station with a transmitter station in WI.

Ditto on the 88.9 love. It's on 90% of the time when I'm driving. I'll listen to WUWM or WMSE from time to time also. 102.1, too, when they're doing one of their 90s weekends.

I know this will sound crazy but I'd rather have Sat. radio than Sat. TV. I guess I'm more of an auditory person. I also love listening to the brewer game and scoring the game as well(baseball nerd).

I'm actually not that much of a fan of satellite radio, since I like local radio so much. The receivers are also pretty expensive and easy for people to jack.
