Thanks for all your suggestions. I will try the vents and if that doesn't work, Dry Guy it is. I do have two pairs of boots for each kid, so I suppose we will be fine for now.

Seriously, we just discovered the Dry Guy after doing the boots of the heat vent thing or in the dryer for years & the dry guy has been a Godsend with 4 kids. You won't regret it a bit! It can dry mittens/boots in about 15-20 minutes.

Never heard of it, but the dryer heat vent thing works too, how much does the dry guy cost? My dad came from a family of 7 kids and my mom a family of 5 kids, and im from a family of 5 kids, so one of those would of been nice, though we survived just fine.
