Hi there! I find this to be an excellent forum. I received plenty of good advice so far. I have a good idea now of where to live in Minneapolis.

The problem is I can't find plenty of information regarding property management companies in Linden Hills and surrounding areas. If you could help I will appreciate it.

I am looking for a rental range of $1600 - 1800. Townhomes and single homes are our preference.

Dary

You are probably not going to find that many property management companies in Linden Hills (or most of Southwest) because there aren't many large apartment buildings.

If you're looking for TH or SF rentals, check craigslist. And the realty sites, too, as some sellers are getting desperate and will take a responsible renter since they can't sell. If you see a home you like, it's worth asking if they'll rent it.

You want to rent in Linden Hills? You've gotta be kidding me.

Why is that so crazy? There aren't going to be many rental companies; you will have to find a private home to rent out in all likelihood.

I did a search on Craigslist for apts in Linden Hills. I did find some although over half of the apts that came up weren't actually there. I guess they do exist, although it seems silly to rent there when you can go a mile north and find hundreds of units in every shape, size and style imaginable.

Except Linden Hills appeals to a different group than Uptown.
