I am 25, about to graduate with a BS in Finance with a Minor in Accounting. I am in the Washington, DC area right now but after a few trips to Minnesota to visit my brother who lives in Minneapolis, I am interested in moving. He is an electrician, makes pretty good money, but my field is a bit different.

It's a good place for finance jobs. Plenty of Fortune 500 headquarters, insurance companies, two large bank operations, hedge funds, Cargill etc., etc. The Carlson school at the U is has a highly acclaimed MBA program. The Twin Cities are home to the second largest CFA society in the US. In short, there are way more than the usual number of finance opportunities for a city this size.
