I lived 67 years in Minnesota before relocating in retirement due to......

#1....weather
#2...way lower housing and real estate taxes

I can see where the elderly and feeble would not do well in the Twin Cities and look for a more moderate climate to live out their last days.

elderly and feeble don't necessarily go hand in hand.

Old people do seem to get cold more easily. Apparently their aging bodies don't retain heat like they used to. https://mobile.nytimes.com/2012/11/1...get-older.html

The uncontrolled shaking and shivering that they experience can also cause CTE and the associated problems that brings on; irritableness, drug abuse, antisocial behavior, improper formatting, intimacy/performance issues and drooling among other objectionable human traits.
