The association does not have emergency line which can attend to parking issues (I also tried calling that). I called the towing company itself last night, which is posted next to mailboxes, but they haven't towed the car. still I am not sure if it's because they needed access to the garage entry they didn't have or if they needed verification/decision from the association. Suggestions would be appreciated.

I'm in a condo as well. Write a note on their car telling them to move their car. They must have a parking spot because they have a remote to the garage. I think you should ask your neighbors to find out who owns that car and then talk to them personally.

It should fit. the only issue is towing the car. because usually those garages are small that you have to tow it at a certain angle.

Where is this garage located at?

It's Monday and I would assume by now you've spoken to either your on site property manager or your association. It should not be a problem to have their car towed. But you will need them to get the word out to the violator that this is your spot, not theirs.

I would think that the person parking in your spot knows the rules and is taking a chance on getting towed parking in a spot not owned by them. Some people don't think the rules apply to them because they think they are special and no one would dare question what they do.
