And as a rule, avoid the northside of the city of Minneapolis and the eastside of the city of St. Paul.
Both areas have serious crime issues.

Nowhere is safe. Even the cookie-cutter Carvery County suburbs are not safe. Suburban crime is just swept under the rug by the media.
