Just looking around at some possibilities and I started looking at real estate for sale in Princeton on another website - found that most listed are forclosures. That's not the case in the other places I'm looking at. Has something in particular happened in Princeton?

Only speaking from experience selling our house in Western Wisconsin in 2010, ex-urban homes are likely a harder sell these days. When we built that house in Pierce County, WI in 2000, we had to build further out in order keep land costs down. These days, people buying existing housing do not need to look in ex-urban areas to get a quality home.
