I will move to Rochester around March 20th to work at Mayo Clinic. Currently I am in New Jersey and unable to make a visit. So I need your input. Any help is appreciated.

The bus line I believe runs near all your selections. If you have a car, you would also likely have the option of parking at a shuttle lot and catching one of those buses downtown. Here's the link for the city buses.
