Any advice about these two apt bldgs in Golden Valley? The Woodbridge Apts at 2701 Brunswick Ave N, and Village Terrace Apts at 243 Yosemite Circle Ave N. These properties accept the Section 8 voucher, and match my budget. Is any one particularly better than the other? The pictures showed more of the outside than inside, and I thought the Woodbridge was a bit unattractive outside. It may be the time of year the picture was taken. The inside pictures were also not great, but both are close to minneapolis. The custodian said the area is safe. Two adopted little ones need to be safe. I know I have good choices of schools. Thanks for any advice.

You should note that 2701 Brunswick (Woodbridge) is actually just inside the city of Crystal. Both are fairly quiet areas, and there's a nice, good-sized park across the street from the Woodbridge. I'm not sure, but the Golden Valley location might put you in a better-funded school district, although there are no neighborhood parks nearby.
