Are you talking about the flagship in Oxford or one of the 10 or so other universities in the state? How many people? Band or DJ?

You'll probably want it to be at a bar on the Square. The Library and The Levee frequently host a lot of parties, and they are the only two that allow patrons under 21, though others may suspend this rule for a private party. Downtown Grill is more upscale. Other good places are Proud Larry's and Pearl Street.

The Library is big, but will be very costly. They can do much better open in one night charging a $10 cover than renting it out. The Levee may be your best shot. It will also be costly, but not nealry as much as the Library. There is also Nighttown Billiards, which is huge, but it is on Jackson Ave. away from the Square. I haven't heard of any other places renting out their bars for parties.
