My husband and I just checked accuweather. It says at 11:30 pm in Springfield Mo is 72 degrees and 93% humidity! You have got to tell me what 93% humidity feels like. We cant get above 50% here. It has been humid to us and we even had a tornado in Antelope Valley! Very hot also 117 degrees. 11 people have died due to the heat two of them under 50 years old. Its insane!

That's easy. Seal up the windows or ventilation to a bathroom and turn on the shower for 10-30 minutes.

If you've ever fogged up bathroom mirrors you've experienced near-100% humitidy.

Talking Sweatin' for sure

We just got back from mid-MO and I can tell you that 93% humidity feels like your sweatin' wet just walking around not doing anything. We just came out of our "monsoon" season in Tucson and I like to died from the MO humidity....ah, but as I have said before, there were snakes even in the garden of Eden and with beauty one must accept a snake now and then!

You learn to pace yourself, that's for sure....and swim.....A LOT!!

Default 93%?

So that's why I was sweating...er...ahem...perspiring so much yesterday!
It's always more humid when there are rain storms in the area...thank goodness we needed that nice rain we got most of the day!

I'll tell you, Bent...at the end of a long day like that I do enjoy a shower with my peppermint soap!

It's like I always say...it's a trade off.

Not to worry there young lady!! 72 degrees with 93% humidity @ 11:30 pm means it was most likely raining at the time, not the kind of sticky yucky stuff like 90 degrees with 80% humidity we see during sunlight hours

you are all amazing. I would take humidity over the crowds here anyday! I have to worry about dear old mom who cant stand it. I still think she would trade. The snakes are another story. Mom is terrified of spiders and snakes!
But if you guys dont tell her, I wont either. shshshshshshshshshshsh!

Default Heat & Humidity

When we got married we were in California and everyone there told me that the humidity back here was so bad I wouldn't need a perm in my hair. I don't think the humidity up in Missouri is as bad as it is here in Ark.
