This would be taken as a crazy idea in the public sphere (read: media), but is excellent in filling any "gaps" of development on Dauphin St downtown.

It is obviously an exceptionally great idea that I hope comes true, but I am not holding my breath.

There was a recent pop up shop for the Atlanta resturant Slutty vegan, it was a successful event. Birmingham is getting one, do you think the a Mobile slutty vegan would make it?

I think they could. It's not your typical vegan restaurant it will appeal to a much bigger group of people. Considering its already a successful venture in ATL it could do well if they manage it properly

I took a look at the pictures, as well as some of the comments, which are funny (super dope, vibesss, etc.). I assume they are positive. Must be a generational gap.

My only concern is that it looks like this is his first venture into construction. Hopefully he has a good team, because man there are a TON of pitfalls for a first time investor. Hopefully it works out because I love seeing people come back to their home town and invest.
