I don't think that's accurate at all. There's not enough space in the McGowin area for all that!

If this is true, I would faint dead away. However, as these are real estate folks who posted the info, I would hope it's largely accurate. There is that second phase I've heard about. La Madeleine, Mimi's Cafe, Nordstrom Rack, TRADER JOE'S!!!!!!! I would be thrilled.
