This is only the first phase. The second phase should bring about a lot of these mentioned developments... including the hotel and grocery

Mimi's Cafe pulled completely out of the state a year or so ago. I doubt they will come to the Gulf Coast.

I am hoping we'll have a new GameStop location in McGowin Park since it left Bel-Air Mall in favor of a retro video game store to compete Play and Talk in Airport and Flea Market.
