Hello,
We live in Pensacola and the prices of real estate for rental investing is outrageous. Also limited housing. We love that there is military here but I have been looking into investing in Mobile. I like what I see real estate wise and I like Mobile. Do you think we would have trouble finding good renters? Tha is for any help you can provide!!

Shouldn't have an issue depending on where you buy the house. Midtown is a great spot to look at and so is anything around South Alabama

I just recently purchased a rental property in Mobile. House had good bones all it needed was a good cleaning and paint job. It rented the first day we put it on the market. It's in the green which hills area off cottage hill. I don't know if we are extremely lucky or not, but good tenants, and pay on time.
