Without taking sides I just wanted to remind the neighbors to vote tomorrow.
Coming from Oregon, I just love actually walking into a booth again. I had voted for several years by mail and here it is still an event.
So no excuses, get thee out there tomorrow.

I'm in a vote-by-mail-ONLY district. No polling places. I usually fill out the ballot at home, then drop it off at one of the polling places in town.

And remember, the law says you can cast a provisional ballot at ANY polling place. So being away from your home district on voting day is no barrier. YOU CAN STILL VOTE, just ask for a provisional ballot. (They check your address against possible duplicate votes before counting it.)

I did my duty.

If you don't vote, Don't bellyache.

Just make the right choices for your city/state and country.

Per the prelim results in CA, this state is now Officially Stupid. The masses just voted to make it much easier to increase taxes, and to keep a massive and expensive regulatory boondoggle that is expected to kill over 2 million jobs. I hope Montana voted smarter than that!!

Here ya go:
Montana Secretary of State - Election Night Results - November 2nd, 2010
Looks like the election turnout was very good, averaging around 60-65%.
In the individual races page, if the numbers run together, turn off styles in your browser; whoever designed the page messed up (and it requires Silverlight be installed, which is going to lock out a LOT of people).

And a little ditty from the 1972 Presidential Election, to make you smile even if the voters didn't!
The election's all over,
Let differences pass;
I'll hug your elephant,
And you kiss my ... donkey.
