Walmart in Billings? A few years ago there was a controversy about that. The campgrounds complained and I thought Walmarts in Billings did not allow it. I believe Walmarts generally have areas for self contained RVs not people sleeping in their cars, but I could be very wrong.

Well at least the weather is getting warmer and camping is quite a bit more doable than it is in the winter.

I work for Walmart and far as I know all Walmarts allow RVs but no more than two nights. It's rare but we have had people car camp as well. These days we have lots of folks spending the night in our parking lot. All our winter visitors headed back to MT. Normally we'll have one or two, here and there, but yesterday there were at least a dozen there.
