Hi There!

My husband received a job offer from a company in Glasgow yesterday, and we are very excited to be accepting and joining the community! I wanted to ask on here what to expect coming at this time of year, and also how to go about finding rental information? We would like to live in a home with 3 rooms, decent square footage, preferably 2 stories, but we can live without that.

I have two little girls, 4 and 5. What kind of activities are available for small children? I've been looking at the stats online, but are there alot of families with young children?

I'm sure I will think of more questions as we go. I am really exciting to be moving up North!

Well, I grew up there and not to be mean or anything but there is no amount of money that would ever convince me to move back there. Best of luck to you.

Default Hi

Hopefully you will get a reply from sdcowgirl who lives there, likes it, and has helped some other folks. It could be a great adventure for you, but Glasgow is a small, rather isolated town.
Also, do a Google search on "Glasgow Montana forum", and you will find a link to a site where people from Glasgow post messages, and you can get some insight and maybe some assistance.

Default Glasgow

My neice lives there and loves it. She moved there for a job and has no problem fitting in or meeting people. I have visited numerous times and have been impressed with the friendliness of the people.

You might try sending a private message or an email to sdcowgirl. She lives there and has lots of info.

Default For the life of me

I can't figure out why sdcowgirl didn't respond here. She lives in Glasgow and has helped others here. Plus is still posting recently. Don't get it.
