I'm always trying to relive nostalgia and maybe you folks can help. I remember circa 1996/1997 being on a trip out around Monterey and the greater vicinity. As a surfer I remember getting off the highway and pulling into a parking lot and looking at the waves. I believe this was just north of the city/town of Monterey right outside of the main downtown Monterey area. I really thought I remember seeing a jetty on the left and possibly a structure on the right.(not 100 percent sure about that) . I've googled maps everything in that area and can't find anything that resembles that. Moss has the jetty but is a longer drive off the highway. Those first couple beaches that exit outside of Monterey could be but I don't see Jetty's. Were there Jetty's there at one point? Appreciate any help.
