Hi,

Owning an apartment like this way seems reasonable to me but I'd like to hear from people.

Alinéa | Condos Montréal | Montréal-Nord

They have various projects and you can buy the house with small amount of downpayment only to pay the credit amount back with some interest when you re-sell your house. it sounds ok to me but I am not famililar with mortgage rules and housing market in Canada. Do you see or know any negative sides of this type of buying a house?

program description is here: Accès Condos | What is Accès Condos?
