Morgantown Restaurant (business, students, near)

I heard there was an Indian restaurant in Morgantown.but the owner closed it one yr back.do you think it will be a good idea to open an indian restaurant in Morgantown?? i mean is there a good business potential there?

There are a whole bunch of Indian immigrants/students in town..I'm sure you'd have business.
